3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required if identity verification is pending or if unusual activity is suspected.
3.4 Account Ownership Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, mk677 will confirm that the provided payment account is registered in the name of the account holder. Funds cannot be sent to an account registered in a third party's name.
3.5 Transaction Errors

Bonus & Wagering Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at mk677, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example:
- You deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- You deposit ৳22,000 → maximum bonus ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only; separate terms apply to subsequent deposits.
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred to any other account.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- mk677 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses cannot be combined with one another unless specifically stated.
4.4 Bonus Forfeiture
If a breach of the Terms, operation of multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity is proven, mk677 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
VIP Program & Cashback
mk677's VIP program has five tiers in total. Tiers are advanced based on regular play:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Cashback is automatically credited to your account every week. The cashback amount is determined according to mk677's own calculation method, and mk677's decision is final.
mk677 reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP benefits, particularly in cases of Terms violations.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Any form of manipulation, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse.
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
